Sorry these are sorta boring to watch. We video taped them on our regular camera instead of the video camera and it would not let us edit or add video. Soooo, they are both real short. I completed Turbo Fire 30 this morning before going to the Super Saturday event in San Diego, and then came home to work out with Leandro and complete the Brazil Butt workouts. The first video Cardio Axe, is pretty much fun dancing steps. I really like it. I'm sweating a lot but, DANCING! :-) The second video is called, "High & Tight." A band is used at the beginning to really work the butt, and then there are some floor workouts. These are 2 short videos to show you just a small piece of what the 35 minute video entails! Loving it! My bum bum is going to be sore tomorrow! A good sore!
This first move is a half circles move that works that trouble area of the butt that causes the "cottage cheese" thighs...
This exercise works the inner thighs. We did regular lifts, tempo lifts, and then leg circles. Kellen decided to commentate a little.
