I just completed week number 7 this morning. (We'll, technically I will finish tomorrow, but I won't have time to write tomorrow.) I have 2 weeks left of insane workouts with Shawn T and then I will start a new adventure. I am feeling pretty great these days! The second half of the workouts are about an hour long each. There is Max Interval Circuit, Max Plyo Training, Max Cardio and Max Recovery. I love the calendar that comes with the workouts because all you have to do is look at the calendar to see what you have to do that day, log in to WOWY to have a chance to win prizes (and keep track of your progress) and then go push play!
I had a small audience today while completing Max Cardio and Cardio Abs. Colin invited Marty Tansey over to try a yummy serving of Shakeology and have an omelet for breakfast while I worked out. They just completed Legs and Back from P90X earlier this morning.
Kellen did quite a bit of the workout with me this morning, it was pretty impressive. He is catching on quick. He was very encouraging and I really liked being able to cheer him on too. He loves watching the infomercials after the workout that talk about Shakeology and other workout programs. I definitely look forward to the Recovery Drink after my workout too. Kinda tastes like an Orange Julius.
