OK, I probably won't blog EVERY day of my new workout program, but I had to share a little bit of what I did on day 2. I was pretty excited. This is from yesterday. To my surprise I woke up a little sore in the bum bum this morning. :-) That just means it's working! Woo hoo! Have a great day everyone!
